We are particular about fresh fish shipped directly from the production area, and we place great importance on cooking methods that bring out the true flavor of the ingredients. Please enjoy our famous tai-meshi, which is carefully cooked in an earthenware pot by our chefs, in a relaxed Japanese-style space where you can forget about the hustle and bustle of Sannomiya. You will enjoy the fluffy texture of each piece of the dish as the broth from the sea bream soaks into each one.
